The Founding 100
One hundred founding entries. Zero exceptions.
Deliberate Curation,
Not Capacity Constraint
The limit of 100 founding members is not an administrative necessity. It is a deliberate act of curation. We are not building a mass-market registry. We are building a private network of the world's most forward-thinking entrepreneurs.
Those who understand that where you operate is as important as how you operate. Those who value discretion, efficiency, and the strategic advantages that a premier offshore jurisdiction provides.
Founding 100 status reflects early administrative registration within the Eleuthra Business Registry prior to operational launch. Once the Founding 100 is fully allocated, no additional founding entries will ever be issued. This is a one-time opportunity.
Applications are currently being reviewed. Admission is subject to suitability and compliance review.
What Founding Membership Provides
Permanently Locked-In Rates
Founding members receive rates that are permanently fixed at founding levels, regardless of future price increases. Your membership investment is protected for the lifetime of the registry.
Priority Office Access
When the Eleuthra administrative facility opens, Founding 100 members receive first right of refusal on private office suites — before any future members or the general public.
Founding Ledger Recognition
Your business entity is permanently recorded as a founding member of the Eleuthra Business Registry — a distinction that cannot be acquired after the Founding 100 is fully allocated.
Exclusive Member Events
Invitations to exclusive Founding Member gatherings in Eleuthra, providing direct access to a curated network of international entrepreneurs and investors.
Concierge Relationship Manager
A dedicated relationship manager for all administrative needs — from address activation to business services coordination — ensuring a seamless, bespoke experience.
Preferential Future Capacity
Should the registry ever expand, Founding 100 members retain priority standing and first access to any new services, locations, or registry expansions.
The Path to Membership
Submit Your Application
Complete the invitation request form. Provide basic information about yourself and your intended business use. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Suitability Review
Our team conducts a suitability and compliance review. We are selective by design — this ensures the quality and integrity of the Founding 100 network.
Receive Your Allocation Notice
Approved applicants receive a written allocation notice and instructions to complete Founding Registration. Your founding entry is then recorded in the Registry's founding ledger.
Service Activation
Upon operational readiness, your business address, mail handling, and other services activate. Physical office access becomes available upon facility completion.
